My senior behaviour is very poor not have any sense how to talk to juniors.and the rider’s are very mis behaving us like we are not a senior we are friends of them.

Promoters are trying to fetch money from investors, that is the only goal. Promoters are working without Vision and mission. No work strategy, no serious meetings and no best practices followed in the office, most of the time employees got humiliated by promoters. A company has no HR policies, no leave policies, and no travel policy in place even after 2.5 years.

Vision of the company & the promoters as we are Rural focused & the real Baharat lives in villages. The work- life balance, the confidence of promoters in the team for fullfilling the vision & the synergy of decision making in achieveing the objectives. The smile & satisfaction of our customers in the remotest of villages.

There is nothing to like honestly. Most of the positive reviews here are fake.

Office is in a dilapidated condition, ACs don’t work, two people share one desk. 24x7 availability is expected. And still there are salary cuts for leaves Extreme mismanagement and 0 policies No employee rights
