Nothing I like there all controls In MDs hand only no value of working there, no training classes ,no mock drill , no growth ,no skill development

Dislikes

Salary didnot come on time if no bussiness give 50 percent salary , there or 2 category in staff special & staff in special no pf , no c/off ,pl also more numbers of staff in special category and they will get salary in cash only no certificate noting

... environment and culture teammates are supportive and management is transparent. No salary hike and bonus. Due to covid we have lost jobs still now company is not calling back for job no salary. No job security.
