I have had a disappointing experience with the work culture at Royale Touch. Unfortunately, the management tends to be overly critical and targets employees severely for even minor mistakes. Specifically, I have had issues with Team Leads Rakesh and Chandrakant, who I feel are unprofessional in their approach. Moreover, when technical issues arise due to company-wide problems, we are often expected to work on holidays without compensation. This lack of understanding and support from management can be demotivating and creates a stressful work environment.

The Brand Name is very good of company in their segment. And they take care about their product to be a Best quality provide.Also their Distribution channel is very strong.Management are continue improve their products and their company infrastructure.

I experienced this company has not any good policy for their employ or HR system.Even they not value their old employee. There is no any long time policy in company system. No providing any training any seminar not systematic work flow.
