Dislikes

Never pay salary to teachers on time.. And PF amount bothered the employer and employee money is deducted from the employee and they never credit it to the account.. I have worked there for 2yrs and also completed another 2 yrs at other school.. Still now I haven't got my PF money.. Recommend u not to get into the school by its name..

Royale Concorde is one of the worst organisation to work with. It's not an educational institution but a political organization. The principal is a turular head who dances according to the tunes of the senior teachers. The school is divided into two groups mallu and tamil groups. If you want to survive in that institution you will have to either join one of the groups and get involved in petty politics. Whether you teach or not is immaterial but one should be adept in politics to be able to serve there. Plus salaries are given alternate months.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
