Royal sundaram working environment & culture is very nice. Excellent customer support & one most unique of South based company.

...motion & appraisal top level only , minimum branch level manager & senior only . Field Managers got too low bonus amount & salary hike percentage every year.

No more pressure . Appreciate the thing is providing the Food afternoon. But that also not maintaining properly.

... seems like school identity card. That also nowadays Looking Good. No more trip. If we want means we have to pay. Company not responsible. No more cab facilities. Royal sundaram sets for only the people WHO ARE ON ROLLS.

Products are good to promote. Salary is good.

Dislikes

HR is reactive and not supportive to employees. Management is not mature to run the show. No one is ready to listen new ideas. Induction has done after 89 days from joining.

Work balance is quite good and no eager deadlines.

...posting. No policy for getting promotion within team within specific criteria. Appraisal cycle is worst and no clarity every year about bonus even salary hike too. It is also true that in this company higher management does not coperate with lower level staff.

...ays...my father was admitted under serious condition finally I lost my father...I worked during period while from Hospital which was known to reporting manager and later my 40 days salary was deducted which was done intentionally and no one supported no one asked me while leaving....I feel very bad of spending my 6+ years with organisation....I was really frustrated during the phase...I have all the evidence
