I disliked the work culture in this school. The syllabus or course of the students is too high level according to their grades and as a result the students feel too much pressurized. Only 20-30% students excel in their studies. Emphasis is more on extra curricular activities. Also the corrections of exam copies, mark recording process is too complicated and time consuming. As a result teachers have to work breathlessly. Also there is too much jealousy and politics among the teachers. You cam NOT trust anybody there. The senior teachers, specially the coordinators are very non cooperative, they will only portray your faults and trt to create a negative image, specially for the newcomers. Overall, Royal is Royal,full of glamour. But the actual scenario inside is different. Also new joinees are underpaid.
