1) If you don't have any career goals, then for people like you this is the best company you will ever find. 2) Doesn't matter how much you are capable of, you will always have to kneel below two illiterate " "D I C K" heads, but have experience in defaming others who are more capable of them also much good in the heist, not of money but of cardboard.

Dislikes

1) The company will never pay your salary on time. (I can bet my compensation, for sure) 2) No professional development. 3) Splendid craftsmanship of internal politics & amazing work of obsequious. 4) To be honest "the company" only runs! on the shoulders of some pitiful illiterate people who were once a waiter and one "A S S H O L E", egoistic, psychopath. 5) Work-life harmony is magnificent, cause you don't have any work. LITERALLY.

Teammates and superior are very supportive and management wise very bad.

Dislikes

Brand wise is ok but there policies wise is very very bad they will not able to pay on time salary (after 15th only they will pay salary) & they not at all pay PF, expenses and variable.

Royal Dry Fruits known as Rostaa. Its nice to work here for upto 1 year.. After then you will face issue regarding leave, work responsibility and timings. very high level politics are going inside..

Politics, Grouping, No one properly taking responsibility, Responsibility passes each other, no head manager or any one in pune wh. Everyone is totaly free..
