I like to work there.i like design,innovative work I like most.i heard that u r company was one of the best. the team mate will be good we will acheive more.

salary is not sufficient for us,and work time will be reduced.

I most enjoyed making sales, talking to my customers, and managing my team.

I don't want to measure that much but I want to give more motivation to my performance or I have a lot of skills which I am not able to do here.

RCM is a good company they give more security to women's so we feel secured there and company gives so much of working experience everyone in that company do their works peacefully no work load in there but some health issues I came out from that company first I start my carrier from that company so I'm proud of it

My dislike they don't give training to the new joiners everyone there trained themselves so much of hesitation and fear in me if we do anything wrong they help us but if they give training to the new joiners it will give lot of knowledge about their particular work and salary's not satisfaction

There is no pressure while working in the shift time

They will give u work after the shift is gonna end . It's like a culture for them . I don't know why they are doing it .They won't give vacation or holidays .there is no work life balance. Only work
