There is nothing to dislike about the company as I have gained soo much knowledge and made friends and learned about life from here.

No care for employees. They follow hire and fire policy. Very poor plannjng and decision making from the top management.

All the decisions have to be approved by the MD which delays each and every process. No proper budgeting and control by the finance team which lead the company to huge loss.

Overall i had a good experience...still i wish to work with royal arabian..working time is little difficult as it is 24hrs.

Job security is very less and we will not be able to take leaves when we requires as the job culture is like that.
