No care for employees. They follow hire and fire policy. Very poor plannjng and decision making from the top management.

Dislikes

All the decisions have to be approved by the MD which delays each and every process. No proper budgeting and control by the finance team which lead the company to huge loss.

Overall i had a good experience...still i wish to work with royal arabian..working time is little difficult as it is 24hrs.

Job security is very less and we will not be able to take leaves when we requires as the job culture is like that.

It was my first job in Dubai as well as my first job after MBA. In my first interview in Dubai with Royal Arabian selected. Work and my colleague very helpful. Late night working and delicious duty food. Salary on time and work is good.

Colleagues are good and a yearly party is fun. (only if they have budget) and you get to eat good chocolates when some manager visits the office from abroad :D. And then a very good technical team, they use all the latest technologies and securities to keep up the work process smooth, safe and secure.

Name is Royal but management is poor. Until you are good to them so they will! Then nothing much great things happen here apart from work work work! No Govt holidays, no office outing, no B'day celebration, no happy work environment and when you are ill and you can cure yourself at home with a day rest but no company wants to see a letter from the doctor.
