It's a Very good Company to be associated with. There is a lot to learn and if we do utilise the resource there is a lot to learn from here.

...unbalance with life and work but if you love what you do it may not affect more. Salary seems little less when compared with same branded companies.

The company is always ready to adopt technology and innovations and deliver packaging machines as per the client requirement, I am Happy with the fact that I was part of this multinational organization. I got opportunity to travel abroad in Vietnam and Afghanistan for installing packaging machines on site, It helps to explore my career. We work happily in collaboration with our seniors. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The compensation is average and growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Some managers always blame us if any failure happens and takes credit when any site work is successfully completed. Thank god organization sacked them out before it's too late. Today whether I am not a part of this company but I wish all the best for this organization.

Good company for fresher to start career, Highly motivated knowledgeable person as design head with supportive nature. Good support from FAT team to design Lots of things to learn from this industry

1.Good point is work life balance satisfaction. 2.Mangemet people's are supportive and good except HR people's. 3. Shop floor staff is also supportive.

HR people's,they are not supportive. They behave rudely with employees.
