- Worst work culture ever seen, Boss insults everyone in front of entire team, also personal comments can be passed on, No action by Directors, this is going on with employees since years now. - Silent Layoffs are very common for them - No work Life - No work from home - 9 Hrs working, Called on weekends for work - No humanity in bossed - Extends probation for no reason - Job security threat

Nothing it was terrible experience.

This company is not employee centric. It has worst bunch of senior who doesn't care of the new buddies. Manager is least bothered connecting with new joiner. Also shift timings are very long and keeps changing every single day. No backup are there in case of emergency in the shift Senior ask us to take paracetamol and work.

The management is itself involved in playing politics amongst the heads of various departments. No weightage given to rules, regulations, or protocol. The owners often use insulting language behind people's back to seek information from teams and do not give proper feedback about what they expect from an employee. Hiring and firing is done on whims and fancies of the owners. HR dept. is a mere puppet in the company.
