I have completed almost 3+ years in this company and got benefited by all means like knowledge, work life, hike and many more.

Dislikes

Though there is good hike in the salary, there are no weekend allowances. Sometimes it feel like Work without pay. No extra bonus. No extra employee benefits like : Cab Service, Food Coupons, Gifts in Indian festivals.

...re is pretty bad. Work life balance is poor, often asked to work on weekends. Had been through several months of pay cuts during the pandemic. Denied annual bonus. Overall would not recommend.

...evelopment of the region. Was able to balance my personal and professional life. Good Salary with excellent incentives. The incentive plan is one of the best in the industry Easy access to the top management, no micro-management and lot of opportunities for a great career growth

Lala company Toxic work environment Too much office Politics Very unprofessional and rude management They Harass employees by changing office policy. They generally don’t pay full and final settlement amount. Worst place to work No opportunity for learning and growth
