Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

In this so pressure will be put in our up. And no future scope and we will try to learn new or more he was getting to serious us and restriction will be more. If we did a correct also he was going to it's wrong and after some time he was tell us that was write. so , I didn't like this company.
