1.No progress in career 2.No progress in skills 3.stagnant and repetitive work 4.No use of brain at work 5.No skills needed for this job 6.This is a desk job 7.Poor management 8.Job is secured they won't terminate you as no special skills or engineering is required so you or your younger ones can also work at same efficiency. 9.Open a Pani Puri stall instead of starting work in stagnant companies like this as you can earn double than this in spending half the day time. 10.Focus on skill development if you want a good job or study hard for gov. job.
