... problem is NO JOB SECURITY. You will be removed anytime. Growth is almost ZERO. Company will make you feel that salary what you are getting is more than you deserve. Work life balance is very pathetic. Ross USA is working 5days a week but Ross India is with typical mindset working 6days a week. So don’t get fooled that you will get US working culture since it’s a US company. It is just a brand with NO WORKING ETHICS. Most of the employees are suffering and desperately looking for job change. I don’t understand from where some positive reviews are coming on this site. JOIN ONLY IF YOU DON’T HAVE ANY OPTION

Don't waste time there, totally worst for career growth, very lowest salary for middle management and time flexibly zero, No hope only will get to fight with senior ego and politic. Guys please don't refer the company for your career drive path. Totally disappointed 😣😣.
