There is nothing good i found in this company they are not paying the salaries to us for the months in which we worked and engaging employees 24x7. They believes to take work from employees by threatening them no 5o motivate them. I will not recommend to anybody to work in Rosmerta. There is no working culture.

...e,hr baat pe paisa kat te hain.I was suffered so that given this type of review.No timming of salary and no PF and also not medical.Month me ek ho CL hai after that agar koi v chhutti hoti hai to absent and salary cut,5 min pehle jao to salary cut.So please request to not join this as froud company.

...management is very bad. There is no cafeteria and no gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are bad, appraisals are fair and they give bad salary hike and bonus every year

There is alot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is no bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the training is not given to new joiners.

Worst company i had ever work with they cut the salary without any reason and the seniors treat the juniors with very bad behave and abuse juniors
