...ation. People has lost the athics associated with this organisation brand value. Very very poor appraisal (Less than inflation) + They will deduct your bonus as well which is totally yours and HR will show it as saving. Hand wash is replaced by soap, admin is showing it as saving. Meal quality degraded day by day. Hence, totally waste of time...!!! Rest you are mature ☺️

No politics at all, President doesn't allow this to creep in . Team work is excellent in the Org.

Salary is less, it is not structured, it is haywire, not depending on the grades, position, experience. Too much expenditure in the Company, there is no control over it.

I joined Rosenberger Electronics in the year 2017 in the capacity of a Team Leader Operations. The job role was good for sm1 starting a career but the company could never take the upward trajectory even after 5 years.. Covid did not serve the purpose either. The organization had a promising and challenging role to mould oneself into a career direction.

Dislikes

... management wasn't capable of taking crucial decisions to elevate market growth. Compensation was very poor. Dry promotions led to higher Attrition rates... As an employee who was just beginning his career, I could see a company going from an upward trajectory to lower trajectory in very little time

Conveyance and meterial movement claim not provided u hv to use it from ur own pocket.. If u r not responsible for certain work then u hv do and u hv to also pay field claim from ur pocket. Overall work pressure high..

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees
