Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

I was a Assistant Branch In-charge & handling the 3000 thousands field worker, 8 employees & minimum 1 lakh customers whose invest our money in this company. This is a really great experience to work with Rose valley chain marketing system Ltd. Every one wanted to work hard either field staffs or office staffs and management also. For their target and to earned money. Each and everyday was very busy day, since 02nd April 2007 to 30th May 2015
