Employees not promoted and not recognise who have working sincerely.. salary difference same work ..same position one engineer getting 30000 salary another engineer 60000.

I loved work culture, company policies are good.

Dislikes

I mainly disliked salary. There is no scope for salary , increment, bonus. Mainly our salary is very much less . I feel this company is very much bad because of the only one reason i.e salary.

Flexible working & smart working .no need to travel office for all days ..supportive people and open discussion culture

Salary decent but career growth is very slow. Weekend workings in case of month end

Working at Roquette is like a dream come true. Being able to handle multiple tasks with support of all amazing teammates of course is quite satisfying. The company culture is wonderful with a transparent management.

...ngs which slows up certain tasks but it helps in working in an organized manner. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Roquette India is giving good salary to new recruitments.

There is lot of policies but management doesn't implement it fully when it comes for benefitting lower grade employee and don't address employee's issues. Increment is poor & unfair. Career growth is very slow and at lower & middle management there is no growth.
