Great place for freshers to get exposure in IATF certified automotive industry.For entry level from graduation this is a great platform to enter to get into automotive field.Great work life balance and good culture is greatly appreciable

Salary is not competitive,it is a big drawback in working here.Another worst thing is Food that they feed here to employees,even internal HRD team would not encourage to eat inside the premises.Apart from these two this is best place to start your career.

I had a very poor experience in working in this organisation the department heads need to learn how to respect their own employee specialy HR heads need to learn very poor market salary these guys spoiling many youngsters future my simple advice is to don't step out in this organisation

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
