Work policy is very. They kept my 1 month's salary and 1 month's security money without informing me. I resigned according to the policy by giving 1-month notice 3 times. Still, they did not release my pending money. Worst ever experience to working in RIT. No one is happy there.

It is training institute, with good faculties and provides good study experience to students.

Dislikes

The management lacks funds so salary is never paid on time. The employees turn over is more for the same reason. Old employees and creditors keep turning up to collect the dues which turns out to be awful experience ever.

The automation is good. Classrooms are having projectors but not well ventilated.

Dislikes

The management is totally pathetic. Top management usually played mind for cost cutting at the end of the semister. They kept some fool minds in the dean and hod positions who thinks they are super human even God. The director only listen to these chamchas ( Dean or HoDs) who are experts in feedback manipulation. No job security. No transportation facility. Lift is not allowed for faculty members. No clg erp for attendance monitoring. Horrible place.
