Compensation is descent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Managers do not value an individual's. I do receive appreciation from my client, but they mostly unnoticed during my appraisal.

Roop Polymers work culture is good & supportative as compare to Roop Rubber.

Dislikes

No work life-balance & work culture is very poor At Roop Rubber Mills pvt ltd(that is part of Roop Polymers)No Hr policy, No management support beacause all policy have to follow as per plant head.
