Till from may i am at home online classes were held in that month and Salary was not given and upto now i am jobless at home that us how rooman supports me through rhus pandemic....thank you

I am working for rooman at clients place. Work place changed and no benefit allowances was given. And they never called us for the company to work in rooman as they said while joining.

...notifying me officially. In entire lockdown no one asked about the status of me. About salary Or job.

...ork culture and co ordination between the employees and company policy are good.They are giving good salary and bonus. They are taking secure protection of covid-19 life sanitaiar and social distances and in one room only 3 members must be taken place and work in the office.

House keeping workers are very humble that's the only good thing here.

... not be provided, they verbally involve terms as they require for time to time. Further, I can see Notice period employees are tortured with work load and salary holdings.

...ont join this organization 1.wrost politics (More in middle level management) 2.No proper salary structure 3. Fake documentation (include government submission documents) 4.No statutory benifits for employees 5.No job security 6.
