Nothing positive I can tell . No benifits company give not even tea Politics everywhere in every department If you are a local then it's okay to work there because there is no other option . I recommend not to join this shit .

They hold my one month salary . Your salery will credit 10 date of month . Politics in the company and those who don't want to be a part of politics are suffer those illiterate sh"ts . R&D and is nothing like R&D . I suffered from covid ,I was about to die because of mismanagement of company and they still hold my salary .

There is nothing to like but while working in DRA department our managers are supportive but the management's persons are illiterates.

...e of there Managing Director who looks after Romsons E-20, Foundary nagar, Agra. They abuses there employee in front of everyone and holds salary for 1-2 months. After I left this company now I am very happy working out of that filth.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Romsons Group is the best place so far in my carrier. In this covid 19 people are loosing jobs getting salary deduction however Romsons has given the incentive to each of his employees apart from full salary for 3 months. Last but not the least Management treats their employees like family members and the GM Nsez & Corporate HR head is the most influencing leaders i have ever met with and feels fortunate to work under them.
