A good place to start carrier, There will be lot to learn technically. There is good job security.

Dislikes

Very less salary and benifits, lot of politics will run inside the company. Very bad work culture. Poor company policies related to HR. No transport and company located at place where no public transport and no canteen. Even they did not provide WFH in covid lockdown. Over all i did not njoy working at Rolon Seals.

not a hater but ntg seems ryt there 1)Micromanagement 2) No job gurantee for married women 3) it’s like a school more than a company 4) less increments and all you name it…..

When compared to other companies..here very less politics we can work peacefully..day by company is developing hence we can grasp a huge knowledge about the product.. overall a great company with descent payscale

Nothing is here to dislike abt company. Being a sales and service engineer it's hectic sometimes to follow an order effectively.if sales and service will be separated it would be easy to Achieve our target.

Good company , management care all employees , as this company is a manufacture of Mechanical seal which is distribute all process plant ,we got good opportunity to visit all those plant. Rolon Seal having 30 branch office in India and 10 Branch in abroad. Presently I got chance to work in Thailand as a Marketing Manager.

Dislikes

Some people and colleague are not good , every time they are trying to demotivating and gossip .Some time they not appreciate your work.

A company has a very good products of seals manufacturing and good name on the society. It is expansion to international wise. The team management was very good and helpful to each other. Iam Very happy to work in that com nd my skills also improving. Finally thankful to the Rolan seals...

No work pressure but growth is very low. Otherwise so good in this company
