Nothing. The company is a fraud. I left the company on September 2024 and still in 2025 I didn't recive my pending salary. The owner only priorities three employees as they are all-time available for the work without having their personal life.

This company is run by fraudulent criminals. The people associated with it are the most foul and inhuman creatures to ever exist.

...bappaditya is a criminal and should be jailed along with his trusted hr manager. He randomly decides whom he will pay and whom he won't and will ruin people's careers in the worst ways possible. Man if you all want to work here then trust me don't. And if possible anyone please call the police or a politician or even any mob boss if you know someone like that to close down this company for good and make sure that bappaditya doesn't continue doing such crimes anymore.

This company priortizes only 3 people whom the CEO knew before. Does not clear salary on time. Sometimes after 2-3 months of working a person gets money. Most of the time deduction of the money from the salary is seen. The company don't bother to clear the pending salary and the employees have to beg for it. The HR is also has favouritism and only gossips about the employees with the preferred ones. Very negative atmosphere and doesn't have employee friendly culture.
