good for new experience, but not for long time u can establish.

Dislikes

I worked there for 9 months but got salary for 6 months, that too not on time, I am still asking for the salary, I get the date but not the salary.

Nothing i like except 3 times a day tea they will serve

Dislikes

1- Poor management with not any standard 2- salary after 2-3 months after requests for 20-30 times 3- work even on sundays 2 leaves in month including Sunday. 4 - not a proper place to have lunch

FOR THE FRESHERS THIS IS A GOOD PLACE TO LEARN AND DEVELOP SOME SKILLS HERE WHO DOESNT HAVE SEEN ANY MACHINES IN COLLEGE WORKSHOP THEY CAN TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THIS PLACE.

NO FIXED TIME OF SALARY, NO FIXED TIME OF INCREMENT, EXPERIENCE PERSONS ARE SIMPLY WASTING THEIR TIME. NO PROFESSIONAL TRANINGS, WHEN YOU GO FOR ASKING YOUR SALARY WHICH IS ALMOST 3 MONTH DELAY THEY SIMPLY SAY TOMMOROW Y(WHICH NEVER COMES). INCAPABLE PERSONS ARE SITTING ON HIGHER POSTION OF MANAGMENT THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO MAKE OWNER HAPPY NOT EMPLOYEE. TOTALY OWNER CENTRIC ORGANIZATION, OWNER IS PURCHASING LAND AND SECOND HAND MACHINES FORM THE FROFIT OF COMPANY NOT GIVING MATERIAL TO CUSTOMER ON TIME. THEY GIVE 4K BONUS TO PERSON WHO WORKED 5 YEARS WITH THEM. ONLY MAJBOOR AND MAJDOOR ARE WORKING HERE.

There is nothing to like.

Dislikes

... is no festival holiday (other than holi and diwali) not even national holidays. If you want to take a leave it will be deducted from your salary. They never pay on time. Currently 4 months salary of half of the employees are due and 3 months for the other half. Management of the company is worse. They don't even provide a salary slip unless you ask them a 100 times. Also if you never ask for an increment, you'll never get one. These is no system for performance based increment. They won't provide you insurance, PF and gratuity. Even customers of the company are suffering horribly. The MD of the company is very abusive.
