No Doubt Company is good, Mr. Sandeep Kumar is a nice boss If you are fresher then it's a big opportunity for you to learn lots of things by doing self-experiments, there is no restriction to do experiments. The result only matters. Rest depends on mindset, If you will work on the negative side then there are lots of negatives, I believe in positivity that's why I found positivity.

They are not making themselves competitive with their competitor like no YouTube, No New platforms like DV362, Marketplace, etc. There is no incentive to work more - until unless employee will not get any incentive then over time He/She gets demotivated
