Don't join this company, Worst Experience 1. Recently started working with International clients, Previously working on domestic clients. 2. Claimed to have an international team during the interview, but it is not true. 3. Pressured me to work from the second without any onboarding process. 4. Within 1 week, they give me a notice period or put me on PIP. 5. CMO Mukul Gupta was egotistical and Rude. >> Didn't listen, asked irrelevant questions, and Ignored my perspective. >> Taunted me and provided zero support >> Preferred WhatsApp over the official Skype channel and ignored my Skype messages >> Unprofessional and lacked Ethical standards Overall my experience was very poor after joining the company. they waste my time. I strongly advise against joining this company.

Working at ROI Mantra has been an incredibly enriching experience. Throughout my time here, I have had the opportunity to learn and grow in ways I never imagined. The company fosters an environment of continuous improvement and professional development, ensuring that employees are always expanding their skill sets and knowledge.

As the company grows, communication across different departments can sometimes be a challenge.

The experience was good initially but turned out to be terrible after few months into the job. Only select few who were close to the director of marketing were allowed to treat team members as they pleased. Those who disagreed with the diktats by team leads were finally let go. If you are ready to toe the line and do as told you will be fine. The company lost a major project and many employees were without jobs, so job security is also an issue here.
