Dislikes

One of the worst CA firm if you want to do job/articleship in this firm. All the managers/articles are involved in playing politics and always bullying new joinees. All managers including Admin/HR staff are illiterate and dont have any knowledge and let the wrong things done in this dirty firm. Partners also are illiterate and they keep supporting bad things and let the culprit doing right. If anyone eagerly wants to learn how to play politics, then RKCJ is the best firm for you. I am writing this review only after working there for 2 months as a paid assistant job.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
