Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Human chain development involving all persons involved technical and non technical. Multiple Union activities but no IR problem due to proper handling.

Dislikes

The company was faced court cases and taken over by RP through NCLT. Therefore Retrenchment caused great concern during Corona 19 pandemic.
