No life and work responsibility in case FTC employment. No job security. HR policy is different in-case of FTC. Over all FTC employment is noting but a punishment. Extremely sorry to say no appraisal for FTC even. Its only depends upon the management. No matter whether you are a outstanding performer.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is bond of 2 year before , on the job training is not given to new joiners.

I feel proud to join this company to more learning and serving with team effort with great salary, appraisal and growth in career. I am working in electrical base job and we work happily. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Company is good but Management system poor.

Employees not sustain who is working with FTC, Management change their services in different different outsourcing services, Employees never entitled for benefit of Gratuity or other benefits.

Switching of roles and responsibilities. Buyer to co ordinator vice a versa irrespective of your expertise.
