Overall Staff behaviour is not good Not providing salary on time 3 months delay, No joining letter, no leave even no National Leave, no PF, No Safety. While asking for salary owner will abuse. Total Farzi Company

Work Culture is not good lots of politics, No Work Life Balance, Career Growth is Very Slow, Increments are Pending from last 3 years, Employees are more and Seating space is less, No Planning of future.

There is nothing to like about the company. Upper management hardly thinks about employees.

Salary:- After pandemic whenever management wants it deducts the salary. Salary of Front End Executive is way lesser than market standard. Workload:- Workload is huge, everybody is over occupied, in few departments there is only 1 person looking at everything. Because of which every time he has to think twice before applying for leaves. Employee Engagement:- Company never look to spend money so there's hardly any employee engagement activity. Work Life Balance:- In terms of Work-Life Balance this is one of the worst company. There are excessive reviews, reports apart for that every one is expected to complete their KRA also. Few employees are working full time on week offs also and not getting paid for it.

...tive and the management was transparent. There was a cafeteria near the office. The Company policies was good, appraisals were fair and they gave good salary hike and bonus every year.
