Roddick does not keep any employee without reference no matter how old the employee is, after being fired from the company he does not even answer PC and HR calls. Life is not safe in the company.

Good working environment, friendly connection among team. In hard times of covid , company ist thought of employees, no salary deducted during this pandemic . It's a company you love to work with

Delay In work . Management doesn't work on issues on time . Salary hike was also low to the extreme ,it's like 2 to 3% hike. These above mentioned things needs to be improved.. overall it's very good

Working at rodic consultants PVT Ltd. Wrongly created my pf account and I can't able withdrawal money from my pf account. Many people suffer from this situation in rodic. I sent many mail regarding this problem but no action taken from company, and from office management. I am not satisfying from company.
