Nothing any likes in Rockwool because total culture killed by management & HR. Very worst working culture company eat money of full & final settlement.

I like nothing about this company and management, Everyone in top management want to sell the company and want whole money in his pocket only, no care for bottom lavel employees nd companies future, every time hiring & firing is going, who have source and linkage that one only can work, no training, no learning, no physical safety outsiders can beat the employees anytime, no future, no job security. Everytime politics and groupisim.

Full of politics , staffs always prefer marathi people and also support them. Most polluted company I have ever seen , full of smokes and dust , nobody can stay in that company for more than 6 months. Dont waste your time for this Company , also they terminate people without any issue .

Management is asking suggestions from employees and at least they are trying to implement.

Down line operators are not having enough process knowledge. A big gap between senior management and employees.
