The Work schedule specially the time and the efforts which you have to contribute in the site location itself is well up to the mark and it os quite incredible

Too much office politics back stories grudges about employess lunch hours for executives not balanced keeping in mind the amount of time and overseeing every minor aspect that happens during daily operations and loading docks additional responsibilty also being combined requires effective balancing and durability and effeciency of work site labours should also be kept in mind

I was part of a team in all my concern areas, my superiors and management used to support me but due to only one reason (pandemic) I have quit the job because of cost control, the board of directors decided to reduce the staff.
