No Promotions culture, only IJP to filled to get promotion as they say. Even, You are not getting increment every year, they provide either bonus or incremental salary in each year. If this year they are paying bonuses it means there is no salary increment. And that feels awful and painful being at Rockwell.

Things to like in Rockwell is their average package which they offer and sustainable work culture.

A lot of favouritism is there managers and team leads are biased towards their favourite employee and will do what their favourite employee says.

Good work life balance, tremendous job stability. Compensation is on the lower side compared to competition. Pune office has a great work culture.

Dislikes

The work culture at Noida and Sahibabad office is not exactly great. People have a nature to sabotage. Sahibabad office has a work culture which involves working for extended hours, often without any breaks. No recreational facilities. Basic pantry, little to no indoor sport facilities.

People are good out there. One of the most supportive colleagues I have got. It’s great to join the organisation if you want to make friends. You can learn new things based on your experience. Overall experience was great. Friendly people in GEBS Noida Team.

There will be no promotion and no as such salary hikes.
