Likes

The only thing I liked about Rockers is the Tea time, where we used to get a break! and also WFH

Dislikes

There are multiple factors to dislike about Rockers, some of them are, 1. The BD doesn't consults the developer if the thing is doable in x number of hours 2. The project manager never took an initiative on his own 3. The project manager always was on his toes to put blame on the employees. 4. The HR is always late on any queries by the employee but expects to finish their query by EOD of instantly. 5. The WFH was managed very poorly.
