Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Company policies can be change anytime. there is a job security but if you loose somewhere you will be out for sure. The management is too poor.

Dislikes

I was there as a BDE. They simply do partial behaviour to employees. The company is working in the 21st century but the team members are still in 18th sentury with a narrow minded thinking. They usually like to do politics with their own style.
