The day I found out my colleague earns 30% more for the same role
It was an accidental slip. A teammate mentioned her CTC while we were chatting casually. Same designation, same team, joined after me but her salary was almost 30% more. My stomach dropped. I would have rated even less than this. But there was no option. They asked me to leave the company only because I conceived and according to them I could not be productive for the company. The worst company women would want to work at.
