...this organisation the company provides the equal opportunity to their employees. But i am on third party pay roll so i did not get any opportunity from the company, no opportunity for third party pay roll employees. I have been working in this organization since 2013 but i did not get any promotion in this organization. I get 10 percent increment every year, but my job is secure in this company because of my hard work, i know all the regulatory requirements. I did not get any opportunity from another company because i do not have pharma background so i have decided to do PGDRA diploma course from Jamia hamdard. then lets see. ..................also i want to make my career in regulatory affairs.

Company provides all the expenses for business meeting, work-life balance is average. work environment also very good. all the peoples are helpful and most important things in this company is no politics. this is the best part of this organization. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to write the review about my company.

Compensation and benefits are good, lot of scope of work in agile transformation. But job security is not there.

Dislikes

No proper defined KPI. You can be dragged to any of the work. Hence work life balance will be disbalanced. Finally work culture is deteriorating very fast in last 1-2 yrs.

Job security is good. Salary is good. Timely payment.

Dislikes

Work load, your openion doesn't matter. Without rationale if management ask any thing to do you have to do. Management is not responsive. Support is less.

If you are a person with a long term vision, looking for a stable job Roche pharma is definitely not a choice. They consistently re create , experiment and then give a golden handshake. In 2014 , 450 employees were called to Mumbai and then they sacked 200 members. In 2020, inspite of Covid, without concern they organised an exam and failed everyone. With that as a reason they sacked 90 members in 2 weeks and kept those who failed who are manager favorites.
