...ing fired in a short notice. Most of the HR will discriminate. Less or no bonus. Also the in hand salary is less, they do a lot of deduction. Some times you have to work on weekends also without any benefits. You have to work a minimum 8.5 hours per day

there is nothing to like. you get a better salary when you join but no job security . They can fire you at any time without any reason.

No job security . there is no work life balance . Managers won't think that we have a personal life other than office work. No good management. Hierarchy is not maintained properly.

Very less appraisal Once relieved from project than you are on bench and so your job is not secure Its your luck in which project you get into Some projects are very good and flexible but some monitors your every minute

No Work life balance HR's aren't supporting Due to heavy project commitments unable to take leaves. Depends on project to project to get a good and understanding team members.

...erienced or fresher..they'll terminate you're contract without even telling you. They'll use all the tantrums and hidden clause not to pay cause you're not from main revenue giving department. They'll not even consider you as the part of organisation most of the time.
