Yearly once can give bonus/Gift vouchers for all employees.Can build Learning center(Job training,soft skill training etc) for continuous growth....

...ing fired in a short notice. Most of the HR will discriminate. Less or no bonus. Also the in hand salary is less, they do a lot of deduction. Some times you have to work on weekends also without any benefits. You have to work a minimum 8.5 hours per day

there is nothing to like. you get a better salary when you join but no job security . They can fire you at any time without any reason.

No job security . there is no work life balance . Managers won't think that we have a personal life other than office work. No good management. Hierarchy is not maintained properly.
