You get either paid or get extra holidays for Overtime( only when students are also working with you)

Dislikes

There are people who can't pay you because they actually don't have money, but RoboClub is lead by a person who doesn't have any intention to pay you, even if you have an extra >40K salary due and even if you ask some amount out of it for any medical emergency. The process of recruitment is utterly disgusting and downright pathetic because you will be only going through a rigorous interview if are from outer states or region of the country like North East or South India or Bengal, else if you are a Delhite you don't have any interviews and it will be kudos to you for getting selected if you are a "guruji" bhakt. I have never seen such a biased and unfair mode of treating employees in an 21st century education sector like this.
