PLAYING POLITICS, Not recognised staff work and not given salary as per market. Incentives amounts not given just telling we are giving like that😡😡🤬🤬🤬. No personal life, if your doing job this company we will forgot your personal life. U can do job like 24/7, but they didn’t recognise your work and didn’t given any ……………..🙏

The company is open to innovation and trying to adopts latest technology.I love the fact that I m a part of a team that market reliable and has a global client base. work culture is to be improve and appriciate who are working from office and take care of every job responsibility for sustain the company business.This is service industry and to accept worker are assets of the company and to take care . Managment is good but now business is handled by third generation of the management. I cant say about company policies which you are well know of the private company polices are all benefit of the company but should be require improvment in polices. Since few year back re-hiring of staff policy not maintain and should be start policy.
