An okay place for freshers. Actually they hire mostly freshers. You get your salary on time.

Dislikes

The list is quite long but I’ll try to keep it as short as possible. The work culture is a bit weird. HR keeps making different policies every other day and these so called ‘company’ policies are different for everyone. No clear communication from the HR’s side ever. Appraisals and Incentives are poor. No scope of upskilling, what so ever. Few people in the top management run the company as per their whims and fancies. No centralised work culture. Also, they would promise you a lot and deliver absolutely zero. I won’t recommend this company to anyone.

Friendly nature of colleagues, got salary on time.

Dislikes

There is no job security, no overtime pay (even if they ask you to work after regular hours), no employee insurance, and you will have to work even if you are sick. There is no reimbursement if you are going home late at night from a cab. Some days you will have to work for 36 hours straight. And the manager will be like, 'We work only 3 months' (only he does, we have to work full year).

1. No job security 2. Miss management on purpose and more of a habit 3. Extreme pressure even when not required 4. If management does not likes you for some silly reason, you could get fired in a few weeks after joining 5. You could be asked to take 50% pay cut, if you failed in even one client interview without any proper justification. 6. Proper skill deduction is available 7. You are safe if you agree to management even if it is illogical. 8. Chatukarita is appreciated deeply.

Nothing is good there. No canteen. Keep in line always to enter in the cafeteria. Ghar se khana lejao fr age jakar line mai lage raho. Aur lunch ke bad team bole ki kaam kyun ni kia abhi tak. Talve chati inke to bhi ye politics khelte h.

Dislikes

...is in 1 or 2 day only. They terminate immediate basis without giving any notice. And they not even give salary after that. Very worst company. 3rd class organization. Micromanagement is there. They first give you freedom then they blame you even if you not did anything wrong. They tount on your personal life too. Specially there is Gunjal Paul and Kanika Mathur, both are very clever and play extreme politics. They are destroying the organisation and the culture of the organisation.

Leaving the above written two points, the company is THE WORST. Please save your career and don't join. If you hear someone saying to joinig Rnf just say them DON'T. If at all you guys are thinking about the good reviews, just see for the years, they are 4-7 years before, which the old team members actually say that the company was good because the leaders were good. But it is way way way bad now. Worst HRs... believe me when I say it. Gunjan Paul and Gunjan Mishra are like black patches to the term HR (human representative). On top of this you will get bad managers like Lucky, Kanika, ..(and a few who have left the company -- including Lucky now, but a few are still here ) HR can anytime anyhow change the policy whenever they feel doing it, they do it. You can do work.. but no one will appreciate you, and the so-called TL's like Vishal and Aditya will take your credit. (they themselves just sit, gossip, do meetings and command). If you are lucky you can find few good frnds, otherwise, people are snake here (or you can see they are learning from the environment). I am not someone giving reviews it was my 2nd company, but I had to, if I can save 1-2 employees, I will be happy for the torture I handled.
