Company pushed people to field in strict lockdown, those refused to do, he deduct their salary and ask Manager to resign.

...larity on Expenses deduction. Forced people to work in field in strict lockdown. Those refued, hige salary deduction or ask people to resign. No Standard Operating Policy(SOP). Culture is like PCD company.

...Programme at all. Old molecules. No marketing strategy. Father and son company. No compensation or settlement after separation. MD(Son of owner) had no experience in Pharmaceuticals industry, only doing politics never comes in field. No reciprocation on time. Worthless PMT, didn't come down to field approx 18 years. No system at all. Spoil career of people. Illogical arguments by MD, no relavent discussion with employees. No data management in this organization. Every thing is hypothetical.

Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
