Labour Ministry need to come and help the employees who are not only harassed but are Paid Late after months.The Promoter brothers are not at all scared of law of land and have been harassing the customers and Employees for years now.

Working in rna during period till year 2010 was very good and excited but after that there was lot of politics have been started in the company by the seniorS in the management. Actually Mr. Anubhav aggarwal as a director is a perfect fit and ambishios person I was very happy and proud to work with him.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
