It's overall a best industry in my opinion and I even started my carrier here and worked for around 10 years. I don't care what people says about RMX, but I can clearly say that I learned a lot here and almost in every area especially with the support of top management. Opportunities here are limit less, but depends how do you grab them.

Politics is everywhere even in families now a days, so it's normal. :-p

Rmx is a good company especially the CEO of the company was highly inspirational. Work life balance was also okay as it was 6 days working.

There are few people in top of the management who never want tgis company to grow as they are just fullfilling their needs. RMX has te potential to touch the sky but the barriers will never allow this to be happen as they have all the controls in their hands.

The Management is very supportive if you are doing your job the right way and have a good intent. The CEO, Mr. Abhinav Rastogi, is a true leader who sets examples by doing.

Leaves are less and 6 day working because of manufacturing industry

Vision of the CEO and team leaders engagement with the team at all levels. Working at RMX is full of opportunities and you are open to learn and enhance your skills and sky is limit because CEO is more concerned about the teams new learnings. What one can get here is : 1. Flexibility 2. Work life balance 3. company culture 4. Goal oriented leadership 5. challenging work.
